Pointed out by @roconnor-blockstream that it's more accurate to describe this limitation with respect to currently existing channels, and not Eltoo. Also renamed Channel Factories to "Batched Channel Creation" as channel factories refers to a specific protocol, where Batched Channel Creation is a more general term.
