bip353: concatenate strings in TXT record #1646

   URIs longer than 255 characters will be encoded in a TXT record as more than one string. Some DNS resolvers handle concatenation automatically but not all. Make this explicit for the implementer.

   Also tidy up formatting a bit in the example section.
