BIP341: replace broken twitter link #1854

   The social media account linked to in BIP341 was deleted some time ago:

   This pull proposes to replace the link with:

   https://web.archive.org/web/20220531184542/https://twitter.com/pwuille/status/1108085284862713856

   Alex Waltz and I didn’t find a web archive of the original tweet (see thread up to https://x.com/raw_avocado/status/1924610087034757158 yesterday) but this one looks like a good replacement – h/t to Hunter Beast who found it for the BIP360 draft – and sufficiently good that it seems better than removing the link.

   Happy to update if someone does find an archive of the original tweet.

   Pieter elaborates on the weak security premise of hash-based output scripts on Bitcoin Stack Exchange, but he links to the same original tweet there. I didn’t find any BSE answer where he goes into his math. The proposed tweet seems like a good fit to me, but perhaps we should get @sipa’s thoughts on it. He might also be willing to repost his research on a new BSE topic asking for it.

   Seems like a reasonable replacement. If my memory serves me well, it was a tweet in the same thread or a related thread that I pointed to.

   I don’t have the same code anymore I used to perform this analysis, but it’s probably worth redoing.
