    Thanks for putting together that list. BIPs are ideally static documents with minimal changes after they have been published — with the exceptions of preamble updates, bug fixes, or minor amendments of the feature’s description. As discussed in the references provided by @jonatack, lists of implementing projects and other adoption tracking have in the past performed poorly in this repository, being at odds with the characteristics of the repository’s intended content, while tending to be noisy, incomplete, outdated, and a source of link rot. Adoption tracking sections are no longer acceptable in BIPs.

    An adoption update for a BIP would be on-topic for the mailing list, or, as @jonatack recommended, may be a better fit for an external page.
