Fix broken mailing list links in BIP-077 and BIP-348 #2114

   The bitcoin-dev mailing list moved from lists.linuxfoundation.org to Google Groups. The old archive URLs no longer resolve.

   This updates the two remaining dead links (not covered by #1698) to their gnusha.org archive equivalents:

   • BIP-077 (bip-0077.md): bitcoin-dev/2021-January/018358.html → gnusha.org archive (PayJoin adoption discussion)
   • BIP-348 (bip-0348.md): bitcoin-dev/2021-July/019192.html → gnusha.org archive (CHECKSIGFROMSTACK mailing list thread)

   Unlike #1698 which uses the gnusha.org/url/ redirect service, these links resolve directly to the archived messages via their Message-ID.

   I can’t reproduce your claim that the links are dead. The links work when I try them.

   You’re right, I should have checked more carefully — they 301 to gnusha.org, so they do still resolve. Happy to close this if the redirects are good enough. The only minor argument for the change is pointing directly at the final destination instead of going through the redirect, but that’s pretty marginal. Still learning and trying to get some skin in the game. please close this if it is not efficient! Thank you for your review
