BIP38 is in Draft, but there appear to be several projects that implement support, e.g.:
- bitcoinjs
- BlueWallet
- bitcoinaddress•org
As such, it seems outdated that the proposal is in Draft status, and I propose that it be advanced to Deployed instead.

ACK. Given that the BIP is from 2012 and the deployments are from 5-6 years ago, I think it's safe to say the BIP has been deployed.

The last update here by the authors appears to be #78 from 2014.
