   Looks good, will assign a number in a bit. In the meantime, however, I notice that the specification is too approximate to implement in a consensus-safe manner, and there is no deployment mechanism mentioned. (Nor a method to establish consensus for the change, but seeing as nobody has figured out how to do that in general yet, I don’t think you can be blamed for omitting it.)
