When connecting through a local proxy, if i close the proxy the client disconnects form the network but if I reconnect the proxy after additional blocks have been generated, it never catchs up and instead says "catching up" indefinitely. have to exit and restart client.

Does the number of connections in the interface drop back to 0, or does it keep showing 8?
