Currently only Ctrl-L is mentioned in RPCConsole information to clear, however, (⌘)-L functions on OSX and isn't mentioned.

Add OSX keystroke to clear RPCConsole

Tested on Ubuntu 16.04LTS and OSX Sierra. But not going to ACK my own commit :P
