how to run bitcoin in a private chain ? #10397

Excuse me, I just want to know how to run bitcoin in a private chain such as one PC and I can test and run it in my PC only. I know how to do it in ethereum private chain, but what about bitcoin? thank you very much .

Run it with the -regtest command line option (both bitcoind and bitcoin-cli need this option if you're planning on sending RPC commands).
