Some of the strings the help command returns are in English and they're not translatable on Transifex either (seen in bitcoin-qt 0.6.0 and 0.6.0.99-beta). Typing ./bitcoin-qt -lang=tr -? and pasting the entire stuff in LibreOffice may be useful to spot sentences which need i18n as the spell checker will automagically single them out.
