Different size and same transaction #11481

Guys! I need undernstand, why size of transaction is different : in testnet

-- bitcoin core 0.15 -- rpc command -- createrawtransaction -> signrawtransaction -> sendrawtransaction

$ bitcoin-cli decoderawtransaction 'hex' ( size:248 )
