I'm asking myself and other GUI devs (@laanwj), if it is of any UX benefit to have Alt-Shortcuts on buttons in the GUI at all. It seems there are quite many of them and on some tabs they work on other tabs there is more than one Button / action having the same shortcut. We have to clean this up or perhaps remove them on buttons.

There is significant benefit to being able to navigate the UI by keyboard. I'd like to keep it that way.
Sure, it's not perfect at the moment, and there's always room for improvement. This is very low priority though, IMO. Mind there's plenty of actual issues.

That's fine, so I'll close this and when there is time I'll perhaps harmonize the shortcuts and it's usage in the GUI.
