Hello, I started renaming the functional tests and updating the test runner to meet the naming requirements. I opened this up to save anyone from wasting effort and to get feedback on the files I have renamed so far.

How does it look so far?

@ajtowns Thanks! I searched for an open one and I guess I didn't go far back enough in time.. Didn't expect such a simple thing to have a PR open from so long ago
