I see the text amp; on many of the menues in the bitcoin client. This must be a bug. I'm using windows 7 64-bit with Swedish language so the bitcoin client is in Swedish aswell.

Take a look at https://www.transifex.net/projects/p/bitcoin/resource/tx/ and see if you can fix things there. And amp; whould be a & on Transifex as it is an Alt-Key Shortcut in the client. If you have further questions just post again.

This needs to be fixed on transifex, as that's where the translations are sourced from.

I wonder how all that stuff gets into there, though. It isn't the first time. Looks like a case of double html-escaping.

Maybe we should change the transifex import script to barf when it encounters these...

I can't find anything wrong on the translation over there. What I found was some updated translations that isn't in 0.6.2. Can it be that the newest bitcoin client uses and old .ts file?

That's sad but yes, the translations don't always get the love they need :-/.

I'm currently updating some translations over there. 92% complete now =)

btw. One translation that I can't find on transifex is in Options menu "Detach databases at shutdown"

Right, the english master file also needs an update, to allow translations of new strings. This is on track and I promise 0.7 will be better in terms of translations and Transifex updates!

It looks like the last translation import from transifex was a long time ago. So yes, that's certainly possible. Tcatm used to do that, but he doesn't seem that active lately.

See #1235... I have no problem in doing that, as I use the Qt client very much and love to have a good translation!

Transifex is updated now... "Detach databases at shutdown" can now be translated!

And many more ;)... you can safely close this issue then. I will update translations more often.
