tray-icon - extend available options with Debug window #1238

- add Debug window to tray-menu
- switch sendCoinsAction and receiveCoinsAction in tray to match button ordering in the client window
A nice thing would be some kind of icon / symbol for the Debug window, but I'm not able to do this graphic-wise.

I added this to allow showing the Debug window without the need to have the client window open.

Well yeah I guess it's ok for "experimental software" :-)

And yes some icon for the debug window would be nice, but I'm not really a drawing talent either, and finding suitably licensed stock icons is very hard (most is CC, Freeware or LGPL).
