Ubuntu 14 Cross Compile Depends Bombs when Building for macOS #12808

When building master branch depends for darwin it bombs on cctools

Everytime I have tried to build. Just follow the depends build instructions. I also added the SDKs Directory with the proper sdk in the path.

This was a "pebkac" issue, I had multiple versions of clang installed and they were conflicting. Had to install a whole new ubuntu vm to fix the issue(easier fix). Very sorry if someone was working on the issue.

There are other issues but I will document them separately after I double check it is not a pebkac issue.
