This pully is only intended to add the new languages into the system and not to update ALL translations.
Please announce or tell me intended release dates for new official client versions, so I can pull translation updates!

I think it's a good idea to update all translations once in a while, no matter if releases are planned, so people that use the master branch have the last translations.

I can open another pull with an update for ALL translation files later, but I wanted to seperate the addition of new languages from that.
