needed: bitcoinstrings.cpp update (translation) #1397

Before I can pull an updated and current english translation master file, this needs to be sorted out!

It can be done via extract_strings.py (see: https://github.com/bitcoin/bitcoin/blob/master/share/qt/extract_strings_qt.py). As @laanwj seems missing, can another dev help out with this and get a current bitcoinstrings.cpp merged to master please.
