Fatal error on opening 0.6.2.2 #1457

Using OSX 10.7.4, after upgrade from 0.6.2 beta the following error shows up when I open the Bitcoin-Qt.

A fatal error occured. Bitcoin can no longer continue safely and will quit.

EXCEPTION: NSt8ios_base7failureE
CDataStream::read() : end of data

bitcoin in Runaway exception

Any idea how to fix this?

I have the backup and tried to uninstall the app with AppCleaner and reinstall, but the error still there.

No solution but FYI: 10.7.4 and 0.6.2.2 working fine on my machine, so at least not a general error.

Fixed, I deleted the addr file and reinstall the 0.6.2.2, everything works well now, my a corrupted file.
