Result of running:
```
cd contrib/devtools
./copyright_header.py update ../../
```
Minor note: For the 6 files below, I had to manually fix the dates as the year listed was later than the actual year in which it was last modified. This had led to bizarre results from the script such as 2019-2017:
- /src/qt/main.cpp
- /src/qt/test/apptests.h
- /src/util/bip32.cpp
- /src/util/bip32.h
- /src/node/coin.cpp
- /src/node/coin.h

Mind to create a commit to fix those up manually and then do a second commit as scripted diff like faa7cdf764a651975fa3c780df7df206a08254c2?

We only do copyright updates at the end of the year, not the beginning

Okay, will try again later in the year. At least I got to learn about scripted diffs (and may have found an issue with commit-script-check.sh)

I believe our scripts are only tested on Ubuntu Bionic, so that'd probably be GNU sed, as opposed to whatever Apple ships.
