This reverts fafb55e2c2b257efd4e584f72adf62401c01d573, since the test is still too slow to run with asan enabled on a network hdd

Not that it makes any difference, but I expect feature_dbcrash takes longer to run than feature_pruning.

I think we should make MAX_BLOCKFILE_SIZE, BLOCKFILE_CHUNK_SIZE, UNDOFILE_CHUNK_SIZE variable in the long run (either custom values for regtest or reducible via a debug parameter) in order to properly do functional testing for pruning.
