some threads are missing IMPLEMENT_RANDOMIZE_STACK() #1603

Just a remainder, some threads currently do not use our IMPLEMENT_RANDOMIZE_STACK macro. I guess it is a good thing to add this in the future.

As @sipa has now a pull, which removes IMPLEMENT_RANDOMIZE_STACK(), I'll close this.
