Currently, on master the bitcoin-test.lnk and bitcoin-regtest.lnk files do not work as autostart application .desktop files.
This PR fixes it.

Code review ACK ae311bc036e9461187f5396751d2e63a71248715 I'm surprised this is only found now (three years later), I seriously doubt anyone uses autostart for the test chains. But nevertheless, this is clearly correct.
