Update English translation strings
This is the last time for 0.7.0. We should avoid message changes until the release. Translators can use the remaining time to update their languages on Transifex. The other languages need to be merged from Transifex just before release.

There's string changes already queued for 0.7 still... at least if you include JSON-RPC help (not sure if that's translated)

JSON-RPC stuff is not translated, so that should be no problem. My statement was primarily about the UI, and also command-line options, though those are less important to have translated so if one's added it doesn't matter...
