Drop down menu now displays "English (default)" for the default language, where "English" is never translated, making it easier to find the default language

Particularly frustrating if the user find themselves looking at a foreign language without knowing the first entry is always the default language.

Concept NACK Default isn't English, for me it is German because my system is on German. This might be an issue of Windows Qt uses stuff like the LANG environment variable to determine the language.

@emilengler can you do me a favor and try changing to default language - should be (Standard) in german? See what happens?

@GChuf I am already on default, default isn't English, it is dynamic based on systems preferences

@emilengler you were right - I was testing on linux just now and retesting on windows - it works like you said and I must have missed something when testing on windows. Closing the PR
