doc: Remove Doxygen intro from src/bitcoind.cpp #16912

   With USE_MDFILE_AS_MAINPAGE, this moves the introductory Doxygen comment to its own file. This makes bitcoind.cpp cleaner.

   It also removes the \mainpage header text, which was smaller than the section titles, and improves the Navigation section.

   ACK afc14ec. Alternatively you could just pull in the main README. That would lose the navigation section at the bottom, but that’s redundant with the menu bar at the top anyway.

   Unless you mean doc/README.md? That one is way richer but still slightly off-topic.
