gitian boost-win32 script patches non-existent file #1702

A file in directory boost is patched, whereas boost is unpacked to boost_1_49_0.

Is this patch still significant? If not, it should be removed.

Never mind, I was doing something stupid. Boost is nested inside the other dir.
