[WIP] qt: Make Information tab accessible via keyboard #17898

   This is an alternative to #14810. Used a promag’s suggestion

   Also applied a style-fix from #15220.

   Current drawbacks: context menu and tooltip background color inherits customized widget one instead of use system defaults.

3. qt: Make Information tab accessible via keyboard cd85212428
4. refactor: Follow Qt Designer style

   This is a result of just re-saving of the debugwindow.ui form.
