Typo in button tooltip in AddressBookPage. #1849

The other tooltips in AddresBookPage don't have a "." at the ending of the tooltip text. but this has.

String ID: Delete the currently selected address from the list. Only sending addresses can be deleted. Description: AddressBookPage

Maybe the text "Only sending addresses can be deleted." is irrelevant in this page as there are no sending addresses here.

Indeed, it makes no sense to add that text. The delete button isn't even visible on the receive coins tab.
