Feature request: Fee settings, donate X BTC in a month. #1882

Please add a setting that basically let's an user say the following: I want to support bitcoin-network with X BTC per month.

The setting would then be used as a base for deciding how much transaction fee to include in each transaction. Perhaps divide the amount by the number transactions the user made during last 30 days and use that as the fee.

I expect the existence of this setting would quite dramatically increase the amounts of transaction fees included in transactions.

Or maybe "donate to bitcoin foundation"

That works better as a button somewhere other than settings. This is for transaction fees.

This is not how fees are going to be computed (see Smarter Transaction Fees here https://bitcoinfoundation.org/blog/?p=290), closing this issue.
