   bitcoin-wallet: wallet/walletdb.cpp:291: auto ReadKeyValue(CWallet *, CDataStream &, CDataStream &, CWalletScanState &, std::string &, std::string &)::(anonymous class)::operator()(CWalletTx &, bool) const: Assertion `new_tx' failed.

   I believe this can be closed as #19805 sidesteps the problem.
