   I’m unable to restart it:

   The re-run button animates when I click it, but nothing seems to happen. @MarcoFalke

   No. That would be indicated by the badge.

   The default clang for bionic is clang-6, which can not parse the clang-8 suppressions. This error (silent merge conflict) can be ignored
