    http://blockexplorer.com/address/1Kmwn3nFeiFw2EKJ42sNaB2tjRM3nnNL5J - coins were actually sent only to 1EH...(too long address), 1Km... should not have received any coins. why was that accepted by the network?

    BlockExplorer is a low-level tool. Bitcoin works substantially different low-level than what you see in the clients as an end user. 1Km... is very likely your own change address, which is hidden at the high level.
