Reason: to prevent pulling in all of util's dependencies in a derived program (tool to generate bip32 test vectors).

ACK, compiles and runs nicely for me.

You should add hash.h to bitcoin-qt.pro, though.

@laanwj Indeed; maybe I'll need to split off a few more things, but I think that's nice anyway (like moving the adjustedtime stuff to network, as it's quite insane that util depends on netbase now...).
