Someone on IRC was confused as to how to build HEAD

Two problems:
1. I didn't change the Mac or Windows instructions. Also gentoo I just guessed at - someone needs to double check it.
2. leveldb is only available in Ubuntu > precise (12.04) and probably something similar for Debian. (their package server is down or I'd check)
