   As the rpc dumptxoutset is new so there is a little help and samples about it, could any one kindly help me to convert dumptxoutset rpc result to human readable JSON?

   I am using Windows and unfortunately bitcoin-cli.exe does not accept any argument except the output filename.

   There doesn’t seem to be a lot of interest for the feature based on this issue but #24202 was pretty close.
