full translations update #2213

- fetch current translations from Transifex
- update bitcoinstrings.cpp and bitcoin_en.ts
This should make it in before the RC phase IMHO. I included 4 new language files, which were created on Transifex, but did NOT add them into the bitcoin.qrc, as nothing got translated yet.
