The length of the array obtained by listtransaction and the value obtained by txcount are different. Careful observation revealed duplicate tx_ids.
Does the Txcount obtained by getwalletinfo represent the number of transaction hashes? #24101

It represents outputs. So if you send one transaction to two different destinations you'll see two entries with the same transaction id.
