Can be reviewed with --color-moved=dimmed-zebra.

I'm not really sure if it makes sense to do this periodically or leave it up to one go before the release.
Agree that it can be useful to merge them to have them at a glance, on the other hand, leaving the document semi-empty and having the snippets there encourages people to write release notes that way instead of editing the main document. It's easy enough to
