Ability to broadcast wallet transactions only via dedicated oneshot Tor connections #25450

    It would be nice to have an option to never add your own transactions to the mempool directly and/or broadcast them individually only via a oneshot Tor connection.

    This is essentially important for users who need blocksonly mode, who would otherwise be forced to choose between being unable to send transactions at all or harming their privacy by only broadcasting their own.

    Implemented in #29415 for the sendrawtransaction RPC. Not for the wallet yet. For the wallet, one could create unsigned PSBT from the GUI and then use the walletprocesspsbt and sendrawtransaction RPCs.
