Add symlinks for hardcoded Makefiles in out of tree builds #25630

When doing out of tree builds, some hardwired Makefiles are not symlinked, which makes it a bit more uncomfortable to run some instances of make.

There's no "real" functionality loss without this patch because the symlinked files are just for quick access to things in the main Makefile
