[22.x] qt: 22.1rc1 translations update #26431

   This PR pulls the recent translations from the Transifex.com using the bitcoin-maintainer-tools/update-translations.py tool.

   According to our Release Process docs, it is supposed to be merged before v22.1rc1 tagging.

   Will keep this PR updated regularly until merging.

   The bitcoin_vi.ts translation is damaged, therefore its changes were rejected manually.

   Performed my own translation update and have a zero-diff with this branch after rejecting the ‘vi’ changes manually as well. Tested manually showing the translations within the gui.

   As we are using the new TX cli api calls, it would be nice if it were documented the minimum supported TX cli version somewhere in the maintainer tools repo or in the update-translations script.
