[23.x] qt: 23.1rc2 translations update #26544

   This PR pulls the recent translations from the Transifex.com using the bitcoin-maintainer-tools/update-translations.py tool.

   According to our Release Process docs, it is supposed to be merged before v23.1rc2 tagging.

   Will keep this PR updated regularly until merging.

   The bitcoin_id.ts translation is damaged, therefore its changes were rejected manually.

   I performed my own translation update and have a zero-diff with this branch after manually reverting the changes that would delete the bitcoin_id translations.
