migratewallet help is misleading about encrypted wallets #27048

The help tells me I should unlock my encrypted wallet:

    0> help migratewallet
    1
    2...
3Requires wallet passphrase to be set with walletpassphrase call if wallet is encrypted.

But when I do so and attempt to migrate the wallet I’m told that I’ve entered my password for needlessly:

    0> migratewallet
    1
2Error: migratewallet on encrypted wallets is currently unsupported.

    v24.0.1

I read that issue before reporting this one and it didn’t seem to be talking about the same issue. I’m attempting to migrate the currently loaded and unlocked wallet, not trying to migrate an unloaded wallet or specify a passphrase on the command line.

The issue is that walletpassphrase wouldn’t work anyways. The help text is indeed wrong. Updated #26595 to also correct it.
