   Release 0.24.0.1 Executable Buildet at debian 9 (MINGW) give error at windows file system.

   4H:\Testing\dssdds\bin\bitcoin-qt.exe in Runaway exception 
   

   no matter installer or setup .

   what commit is stable for that version for self build ?
