AFAIK this json_spirit stuff was not written by us and I remember changes there are a problem license wise? I know there is some pull around here, which updates it's version, dunno if that also fixes this warning...

Hmm, what compiler warning is caused by this? I didn't know compilers complained about unused type definitions.
In any case, I prefer not to touch the json_spirit code.

ok. I use archlinux PKGBUILD, maybe its their problem. As this is 3rd party code -> closed.
