Continuing the work I did in 2341e9b. Trying to make the docs actually readable, and then try to improve upon them. Everything is now in markdown. @laanwj @sipa

Didn't even know there were being generated here. I'd add it back, and put that resource on the docs page.

Automatic sanity-testing: PASSED, see http://jenkins.bluematt.me/pull-tester/00a887450364bd5b096978291b6a6e0f47181d75 for binaries and test log. This test script verifies pulls every time they are updated. It, however, dies sometimes and fails to test properly. If you are waiting on a test, please check timestamps to verify that the test.log is moving at http://jenkins.bluematt.me/pull-tester/current/ Contact BlueMatt on freenode if something looks broken.
