Automatic sanity-testing: PASSED, see http://jenkins.bluematt.me/pull-tester/954555bb264d301896c05dd282eaa346b6403287 for binaries and test log. This test script verifies pulls every time they are updated. It, however, dies sometimes and fails to test properly. If you are waiting on a test, please check timestamps to verify that the test.log is moving at http://jenkins.bluematt.me/pull-tester/current/ Contact BlueMatt on freenode if something looks broken.

The gitian build process uses README_windows.txt, as does the NSI installer:
contrib/gitian-descriptors/gitian-win32.yml: cp $OUTDIR/src/doc/README_windows.txt $OUTDIR/readme.txt share/setup.nsi: File /oname=readme.txt ../doc/README_windows.txtACK on removing the others.
