For proposed protocol changes you can post to the bitcoindev mailing list or the Delving Bitcoin Discorse forum.

For general bitcoin discussion you can try bitcointalk or reddit.com/r/bitcoin.

There are some unofficial, unrelated to this project assumeutxo snapshots on https://bitcoin-snapshots.jaonoctus.dev/ Make sure you understand how assumeutxo works before using these!

assumeutxo is a test-only feature for now, not enabled on mainnet, so I don't think this can help here at this point in time. I haven't checked what the site offers, but downloading a datadir from an untrusted source is dangerous and can lead to loss-of-funds, or any other type of bugs.
